Purpose of the service

All As Planned helps plan content, store working assets, approve publications, and process media.

Rights to content

The user confirms that they have the rights and lawful grounds required to upload, process, and publish all submitted content.

Account and security

The user is responsible for protecting sign-in credentials and must notify support of any suspected unauthorized access.

Restrictions

Circumventing plan limits, interfering with the service, accessing another party's data, and unlawful use of content are prohibited.

Governing law

The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be limited by these Terms.
