Data processed

The service may process a name, email, supplied phone number, account and workspace data, uploaded content, action and consent history, payment information without full bank-card details, support requests, IP address, and technical logs.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed to enter into and perform the agreement, register and authenticate users, provide features, handle payments and receipts, provide support, protect information, comply with law, and—where separate consent is given—communicate and improve the product.

Processing operations

Automated or mixed processing may include collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorized processors, anonymization, restriction, and deletion.

Processors

Hosting, backup, email, payment, and user-selected AI providers may process the minimum necessary data. The service does not receive full bank-card details. Transfers are arranged subject to processing-instruction and confidentiality requirements.

International transfers

International transfers take place only where a lawful basis exists and mandatory procedures have been completed. Users must not submit special-category personal data, biometrics, or third-party data to AI features without a proper legal basis.

Retention

Account data and working content are retained while the account is active or as required by the agreement and law. Payment and accounting records are retained for statutory periods; technical logs and backups are retained for limited periods under the Storage Policy.

Data-subject rights

A data subject may request processing information, access, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent, and challenge the Controller's actions. Requests must be sent to support and include enough information to identify the requester.

Security

The service applies workspace access controls, secure connections, logging, backups, and other organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the data and current threats.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary cookies and local storage are used for sign-in, session security, preferences, and interface operation. Optional analytics or advertising cookies are not enabled without a separate lawful basis and consent where required.

Service messages

Security, payment, and account-status messages are sent to perform the agreement. Advertising or marketing communications require separate prior consent that can be withdrawn.

Processors and recipients

The processor list has not been approved; commercial payments are disabled.

International transfers: recipients and countries

Details have not been approved; commercial payments are disabled.

Specific retention periods

Security logs are retained for up to 90 days and backups for up to 14 days. After confirmed account closure, data is deleted from active systems within 30 days, except records that law or an active agreement requires to be retained longer.

Deletion

When the purpose is fulfilled or the retention period expires, data is deleted from active application and database systems. Residual encrypted copies expire within the backup-rotation period. The Controller records fulfillment of requests and any lawful exceptions.
