Working content

Content is retained while the account is active and within plan limits until the user deletes it or submits a lawful deletion request.

Temporary output

Video-processing sources and output may be deleted automatically according to the timer displayed in the interface.

Backups

Encrypted backups are retained for a limited period and deleted under the rotation policy.

Account closure

After a confirmed request, data is deleted from active systems except records the Controller must retain by law. Residual copies expire through the backup-rotation cycle.

Technical logs

Security logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Backup rotation

Backups are retained for up to 14 days.

Account deletion period

After a lawful request is confirmed, data is deleted from active systems within 30 days unless longer retention is required by law or agreement.
