Separate consent

This consent is separate from acceptance of the Offer, Terms of Use, recurring-payment consent, and marketing consent.

Controller, data, and purposes

The user freely consents to the Controller processing their name, email, supplied phone number, account and workspace data, uploaded content, action and consent history, support requests, IP address, and technical logs for registration, authentication, agreement performance, support, and service security.

Operations

Consent covers automated and mixed collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to processors, anonymization, restriction, and deletion.

Processors

The Controller may instruct infrastructure, email, and payment providers to perform necessary processing. Content is transferred to an AI provider only when the user starts the relevant feature.

Term

Consent remains effective until its purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn, unless further processing is required to perform the agreement, comply with law, or protect legitimate interests.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal must be sent to support. The Controller will stop consent-based processing within the statutory period. Withdrawal may make the account or individual features unavailable.
