Status of this document

This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Ekaterina Gennadyevna Pavlova to enter into a paid remote services agreement.

Service

The Provider grants a registered user remote access to All As Planned features within the selected plan. The service is digital and does not include delivery of physical media.

Acceptance

The agreement is concluded when the user both accepts this Offer and completes payment. The acceptance date, document version, user, and payment are recorded in the information system.

Plans and billing period

Current service names, fixed RUB prices, limits, and included credits are published on the pricing page and displayed before payment. A paid period continues until the corresponding calendar date of the next month. Plan changes take effect after the current paid period to preserve prepaid access.

Payment

Payment is made electronically through YooKassa. An electronic receipt is sent to the email supplied by the buyer before payment. Additional credit packs are one-time purchases available with an active paid subscription.

Automatic renewal

A payment method may be stored and charged again only after separate, explicit consent. Automatic renewal can be disabled in the account; access remains available through the end of the paid period.

Service activation

The paid plan and included credits are activated automatically after the payment provider confirms successful payment. This normally takes a few minutes. If access is not activated, the user should contact support and provide the payment number.

Credits and limits

Credits are internal accounting units for computing operations. They are not electronic money and cannot be exchanged for cash. Usage and balance are shown in the account. On refund, credits issued by the relevant payment are revoked up to the remaining available balance.

Rights to content

The user retains all rights to their content and grants the Provider a limited right to process it solely to provide selected features. The user confirms lawful grounds for uploading, processing, and publishing the content.

AI features

At the user's explicit request, required data may be sent to selected AI providers. Automatically generated output must be reviewed by the user and is not guaranteed to be factually, legally, or advertising compliant.

Cancellation and refunds

The user may cancel the service under Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Act, subject to payment for the portion actually provided and the Provider's documented expenses. The request procedure is described in the Refund Policy.

Quality and availability

The Provider maintains the service and may perform maintenance. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material, confirmed downtime is handled under applicable law and with regard to services already provided.

Liability

The parties are liable within the limits established by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any limitation in this Offer does not apply where it conflicts with mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Changes to this Offer

A new version applies to subsequent payments and renewals after publication. Terms of an already paid period will not be worsened retroactively.
